We bought the Essence early 2005 and completely renovated it, making it a villa with one guestroom and a separate apartment.
The Essence is situated on the hillside of Old Towne, offering a splendid view of the Belham valley. It is just a 5-minute stroll to the Old Road beach further stretching to Isles Bay beach and only a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

From the patio you have fantastic views on the volcano, the beach and the Belham valley. Just relax and enjoy the views.

In the garden you can frequently see hummingbirds getting nectar from the various flowers. You will also discover different kinds of fruit trees such as lime, mango and coconut.

At the pool you can sunbathe in privacy. The pool gets sunshine from sunrise till late afternoon. Deckchairs, sunbathing towels and an outside shower are available to make your sunbathing more comfortable.

If you are ready for some action after having relaxed by the pool, we offer the use of kayaks, tennis and badminton equipment (tennis court at 5-minutes drive).

We can also arrange an island tour, a diving trip, a boat ride around the island, a volcano tour (looking at the volcano from safe vantage points), a hiking trip, a rum run (a bus will take you on a tour of Montserrat local rum bars), etc.
